Hi-speed internet (500 MBPS), 3 large flat screens with Directv, Netflix. Adventure awaits – surfing, biking, hiking, kayaking & paddle boarding. Beach gear provided – chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrella & coolers for day trips. Host requires an Application & Signed Contract.
The space
We are close to 8 restaurants and the Vintage/Trancas Market shopping Center with boutique shops and a Starbucks. We are perched a block above County Line Beach and Neptune’s Net Restaurant and a short drive from several other pristine beaches. We enjoy less traffic congestion and more Natural Beauty with many wonderful hiking trails close by.

Guests enjoy the entire main house apx. 3,100 sq ft plus apx 1,600 sq ft of deck and Loggia, lovely, private gardens with fountains, humming birds, and garden art.

Also, there is a totally private ocean view Chromotherapy Spa outdoors with a outdoor shower.

Kathryn’s home is warm, fun with lots of interesting decor to look at. All furniture is clean and comfortable. The English garden and jacuzzi were magnificent. Kitchen is fully equipped. We ate all of our meals together at the home. Patio Furniture is clean and comfortable.
The home location is quiet with a beautiful view.
Kathryn is very accessible and friendly.
Highly recommend this home for a family or romantic vacation.

Don’t wait, book Kathryn’s beautiful home asap! Her home is simply gorgeous. It was spotless, beautiful, comfortable, charming, stunning views of the ocean from most every window and filled with everything you’d need as a home away from home and then some. The many outdoor spaces are equally amazing and each space is as charming as the next. Good luck trying to decide which one to enjoy! The location is also terrific, just 10-15 minutes by car to the local grocery store and several restaurants. There’s also a popular casual resturant just a 15 minute walk away. Despite being so close to dining options you might choose, like we did, to eat in most nights and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balconies. The beach is also minutes away by foot. Our family didn’t want to leave and have declared our stay as one of the best vacations we’ve had. Thank you, Kathryn, for sharing your home with our family! 🙂
