I’m a former Beverly Hills Interior Designer prior to entering the real estate business in Malibu. I’m currently a Realtor and Co-Owner/Broker with Malibu Properties Inc. along with my husband, Don Burpee. I previously served as President of the Malibu Association of Realtors and was twice voted MALIBU REALTOR OF THE YEAR and was awarded The Malibu Times Dolphin Award for outstanding community service. After returning from a wonderful European Vacation, we became inspired to Design and Build Villa Bella Malibu infusing it with old world character and hand wrought artistic finishes. We built Villa Bella Malibu as our DREAM HOME and over the years have come to love sharing our slice of Malibu Paradise with our Wonderful Vacationing Guests. Why they chose this property
After traveling in Italy and France extensively we wanted to incorporate the best of what we saw there, in our own Villa on this special land. We incorporated old world character as well as Modern state – of -the- art Amenities. We employed European Artisans to finish the interior spaces and incorporate architectural elements we have collected over the years. Building our Dream Villa was a real labor of love for us and we delight in sharing our magical Villa with simpatico guests.
