Villa Bella Malibu is a block from the Beach with exhilarating White-Water Ocean views. Luxurious furnishings, antiques & artistic details throughout. Private & romantic for couples – great fun for family & friends.
Hi-speed internet (500 MBPS), 3 large flat screens with Directv, Netflix. Adventure awaits – surfing, biking, hiking, kayaking & paddle boarding. Beach gear provided – chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrella & coolers for day trips. Host requires an Application & Signed Contract.
The space
We are close to 8 restaurants and the Vintage/Trancas Market shopping Center with boutique shops and a Starbucks. We are perched a block above County Line Beach and Neptune’s Net Restaurant and a short drive from several other pristine beaches. We enjoy less traffic congestion and more Natural Beauty with many wonderful hiking trails close by.

Guests enjoy the entire main house apx. 3,100 sq ft plus apx 1,600 sq ft of deck and Loggia, lovely, private gardens with fountains, humming birds, and garden art.

Wow, what a view! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Kathryn is a friendly, responsive, and generous host. Keep in mind that the property is in a less populated part of Malibu— many of the popular restaurants and shops are a 20+ minute drive away. Neptune’s Net is only 2 minutes away and is a great option for seafood. There is also a beautiful beach only 2 minutes away where we enjoyed playing in the sand and watching surfers.

The house is charmingly old-fashioned with all the modern amenities. The location is awesome with incredible views of the ocean from almost every room. Being at the end of Malibu, the house is extremely private and we spent a lot of time at home enjoying the facilities. Plenty of small beaches and a couple of large beaches are within a few miles. This would be our first option for future stays in LA. Thank you Kathryn!
